If parents provide us with their personally identifiable information, we will use the information to, for example, respond to a question, to respond to a request for information, or to send news about upcoming live shows.  We do not otherwise collect or use any personally identifiable information.

 

We do not disclose any personally identifiable information to third parties – except those parties that help us administer Our Site.  These third parties are not permitted to use the information for any other purpose, and have agreed to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.

 

In addition, a parent’s personally identifiable information collected by Our Site may be used or disclosed, for example, to process purchase orders, to keep the parent informed about the order status, or to notify the parent of products or special offers that may be of interest.  We will disclose the parent’s personally identifiable information to third parties to charge the credit card, fill the order, improve the functionality of Our Site, deliver the order and deliver promotional emails.  For example, we must release a parent’s credit card number to confirm payment; and release the mailing address information to the delivery service to deliver products ordered.

Non Personally Identifiable Information: “Non Personally Identifiable Information” refers to information that does not identify a specific individual by itself or in combination with other information.  We collect users’ IP addresses to monitor how many unique users visit Our Site.  An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Internet, allowing Internet servers to locate and identify your computer.  Our Site may also use non-personal “aggregated data” to analyze users’ interest in the areas of Our Site for marketing purposes.

Online orders usually take 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to process before shipping. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. At checkout you will be prompted to select your shipping method. Shipping costs are based upon the final destination of the package and the speed of delivery. Standard USPS, normally 5-10 business days - $6.50
